This will allow you to immediately contribute while simultaneously participating in training and development opportunities. You will be assigned a Manager and a Mentor to provide support during your program. These individuals will provide direction and feedback to you throughout the program. The key to your success will be your willingness to seek feedback and accept responsibility for your own growth and development.

Throughout the program, you will engage in virtual training sessions with the SCIL Program Leader and attend two in-person sessions at the corporate office in Des Plaines, IL. You will collaborate with fellow trainees and work on a special project focused on organizational improvement, which you will present to senior leadership upon completion.
